For your peace of mind:  All private and personal information divulged to Symbols of Africa will only be used for the purpose of your order, e.g. shipping, handling, delivery etc.  None of your personal information will be used for any other purpose or distributed to a third party.

Shipping:

Shipping of items to the USA, Europe and UK usually takes up to two weeks, and in some rare cases this may take up to four weeks.  Shipping of animal products may take a little bit longer, as permits have to be acquired before the items can be shipped.

Refund Policy:

Symbols endeavors to package all items purchased to the best of their ability, but using various packaging materials, to ensure that goods arrive in good order.  We recommend that you purchase insurance on your shipment.  In the unlikely event that items should arrive damaged, we can only replace the item/s with a similar product, after we have received the original parcel back.  Upon receiving the returned damaged goods, we will register a claim.  As soon as the insurance payment is received, we will forward the replacement item/s to the purchaser. 

Once an order has been placed and paid for through PayPal or by Credit Card, there will be no refunds.
